Sept. 26th-Oct. 2nd Meal Plan

This is the first week in awhile that we don’t have anything going on which makes me excited for my meal plan!! I always do my best when I can follow a consistent schedule!

This week I am trying out some new fall recipes on my meal plan in celebration of the new season. We will be having Slow-Cooker Beef and Kabocha Squash Stew from skinnytaste.com as well as Crock Pot Balsamic Pork Roast.

As far as meal prepping goes, here is my to do list:

  • Marinate chicken thighs, grill and portion 7 servings
  • Steam 7 servings broccoli
  • Bake 4 sweet potatoes, portion 7 servings
  • Cook 7 servings of oatmeal, portion them out
  • Portion 7 servings of cottage cheese
  • Portion 3 servings of berries (On Thursday I will get fresh berries to finish off the week)
  • Portion 7 servings of 12 almonds
  • Portion 7 servings of 10 baby carrots
  • Portion 3 servings of berries (On Thursday I will get fresh berries to finish off the week)

I won’t be prepping our dinners (unless you count using the crock pot as prep!) but we will be having leftovers the next night! What is on your meal plan for this week? Leave some of the recipes you are trying in the comments so I can test them out!!
