I am getting this meal plan out a little late because I was traveling home from Destin, Florida all day yesterday. The leadership retreat was AMAZING, but that is for another blog post!
This is what I will be eating this week! Sam and I have wedding to attend on Friday night and some family dinners, but for the most part I am getting back to my routine.
I will be eating lots of grilled chicken, green beans, broccoli, swai, Shakeology, eggs, sweet potato and almond butter. I find that it is easiest when I just repeat my meals!
I am heading out to the grocery store now so I can start prepping for the rest of the week! I hope you have a great week!
