Thank you so much for visiting my website today! I realize that a lot of people don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen meal prepping during their weekend so I made a super simple meal plan that maximizes your time! Here is the catch though… it is really repetitive. There are some benefits of repetition though:
- It saves you money! You don’t have to buy a bunch of different ingredients, so the excess food that the recipes doesn’t call for is not going to waste. You will use everything!
- It saves you time! You will spend less time prepping all the ingredients and cooking a bunch of different foods.
I used the same marinade for my Chicken and Salmon which is super simple:
1 Tablespoon of each ingredient (per pound of meat):
Olive Oil, Dijon Mustard, Low Sodium Soy Sauce, Honey, Brown Sugar (I use about 1/2T brown sugar)
Then minced garlic- as much as you like!
