I hope that you had a fabulous weekend full of costume parties and pumpkin carving! I honestly can’t remember the last time I dressed up for halloween- it was probably in college! Luckily, our neighborhood doesn’t really do trick-or-treating so I don’t feel any obligation to buy candy to give out!! If I bought it, I know I would have a hard time not sneaking a few pieces so it works out for the better. Plus, I have challenged myself to not eat sweets until my birthday which is at the end of November. I have successfully completed one week and it feel so good to have that control back in my life! I am having less cravings now and my confidence in myself is building!
In other news, our newest program is being launched today!!! Core De Force is an MMA style workout that I have been looking forward to for a LONG TIME! The trainers, Joel and Jericho, are former Les Mills trainers and I really love their style! I am running a Core De Force exclusive test group on November 14th with some of my other coaches! The original test group results have been simply amazing!!
