Today I am getting ready to have a successful week and that always starts out with making a meal plan and then prepping my food!
This week I am continuing with The Masters Hammer & Chisel! This is my second time going through this program and I am loving it so much more this time around!! The workouts are so challenging and I was incredibly sore last week.
For this week I am keeping my meal plan super simple again. I am trying out two recipes from the H&C nutrition guide- the almond crusted chicken and the stuffed baked sweet potato. I will be sure to let you know how I like them!
