March 20th Meal Plan

Hello Gorgeous!

I have a new meal plan for you all that I am excited to share! I am including a full meal plan, grocery list and prepping to-do list. Sharing these resources holds me accountable to making them for myself and implementing them. I hope you find value in them also!

Please keep in mind that this meal plan and the portions are based on a 1,200-1,499 calorie range. Please consider your weight, exercise routine and fitness goals when deciding if you need to add more calories to this plan!
