Core De Force Week 3!

Happy Sunday! I can hardly believe that Thanksgiving is this week! November is flying by so quickly! Most people are probably traveling or having guests in town for the holiday. This can make it a tough time of year for your nutrition/workouts depending on your mindset. Here is the truth though- it is one meal. If you have an “all or nothing” mentality- the holiday is going to win. You will be mad at yourself when you eat terribly on thanksgiving and let it carry all the way through till you start fresh on Monday.

What is my game plan to feel great this Thanksgiving?

  1. Double up on my workouts because I know I will have the time.
  2. Eat all my other meals like I normally would. (If you starve yourself all day- you are just going to binge and eat even more than you normally would.)
  3. Use my portion control containers and I will not go back for second helpings.
  4. I am not bringing home leftovers!

So, as you can see- here is my meal plan for this week! I already know that I want sweet potato casserole and stuffing (my yellow containers) along with my turkey and vegetables!!! It is going to be a lot of food- but it will all be planned into my day!!
