Thank you for visiting my website today. I am really excited to share this meal plan with you all because it includes CHICKEN ENCHILADAS!!! You can find the full recipe here at skinnytaste.com. I did my own measurements with my containers for how much chicken and cheese would be in each enchilada which may vary from what this recipe calls for.
I should also mention that in my meal prep video, I doubled the recipe since I am prepping for 3 people for the week. Each enchilada counts as one red, one yellow and half of a blue container.
