Thank you for taking the time to visit my website today. I must be honest… this week I was struggling to figure out what to put on my meal plan. I was lacking motivation so I went with super easy meals.
Meatballs from whole foods that just needed to be cooked paired with steamed broccoli.
Frozen cauliflower rice that I heated up in the skillet paired with frozen precooked shrimp.
The most time consuming meal included shaved brussel sprouts with bacon. Let’s be honest though, the motivation kicks in when you get to cook bacon!! This was the side dish for a crockpot maple dijon chicken drumsticks recipe from Skinnytaste.com. I did double this recipe as you can see in my weekly meal prep video:
